You do not need a finished manuscript. If you have letters, notes, teaching material, journals, or transcripts — the pieces of a life you want to keep — you have enough to begin.
What you need now is not more sentences. It is the structure that makes them stand as one book. In a 90-minute session we read your material and shape it into a 1-Page Book Blueprint: theme, chapter outline, core message, and a 90-day roadmap.
Built on the experience of writing and publishing books, and on high performance coaching.
A book does not stall for lack of sentences. It stalls for lack of structure.
What is needed now is deciding what to bring out, what to keep, what to set down, and in what order to carry the reader. Before the memories and records scatter further, put them into the shape of a book once.
This is not a consultation you listen to and leave. Bring your scattered drafts, letters, notes, teaching material and lived experience, and afterwards you receive a 1-Page Book Blueprint and a 90-day roadmap. A finished manuscript is not required. Experience, records, material and a message you want to leave — those are required.
Ninety minutes later, in place of "I should turn this into a book someday," you hold a 1-Page Book Blueprint — theme, outline, core message, and a 90-day roadmap.
After payment you receive the session booking link and instructions for submitting your material by email.
You book the $250 diagnostic session.
Use the submission link sent after payment. It does not need to be a finished manuscript — letters, notes, teaching material, journals, transcripts and blog posts are all fine, exactly as they are. Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud or OneDrive links work.
Together we settle the core theme, the four pillars, and the direction of the outline.
After the session you receive the book structure and the 90-day roadmap.
The material submission link is not published on this site. It is given on the payment confirmation page and in the confirmation email.
There is already a path several authors have walked in the Presence × Progress group program, My One Book: your story → book theme → title → twelve-chapter outline → one-page proposal → manuscript frame → finished draft → publishing roadmap.
This is not a method built at a desk. It is the path Victoria walked writing her own book, structuring it, and pushing it through to publication. She does not edit sentences first. She structures the experience, the message, and the arc of a life first.
Drawing on a 25-year career across global finance, strategy and education, and on Certified High Performance Coaching, she turns scattered material into one line a reader can follow to the end. Tools, including AI, are used to lighten the load — but the heart of the book stays where it belongs: your experience and your point of view.
《현존 × 성취》 / 《Presence × Progress》 (February 2025), and 《LIVE》 — forthcoming, Fall 2026. Not theory. A path actually walked.
Your voice is not replaced. This is one-to-one coaching so that the book only you can write gets finished — with your name on it.
This is a fictional example. It is not real client information, a real name, or a real manuscript. It exists to show the shape of the deliverable a client receives from the session.
Someone who stood in a classroom for thirty years, with boxes of class journals, letters to graduating students and margin notes from lesson plans. The wish to "leave this as a book one day" is old; where to begin binding it is not clear.
| Item | Example content |
|---|---|
| Core theme | Teaching turned out to be "living it first" — what thirty years of classrooms taught me about how to live |
| Promise to the reader | The reader comes to see their work not as output but as leaving people behind them, and gains an eye for meaning inside daily repetition |
| Title candidates | 《The One Who Lives It First》 / 《What the Classroom Taught Me》 / 《Thirty Springs, Thirty Farewells》 |
| Four core pillars | ① Receiving (meeting) · ② Shaking (the crisis of teaching) · ③ Learning (what I was taught) · ④ Leaving (what carries on) |
| Writing to keep | Class journals, the collected letters to graduating students, margin notes, the draft retirement address |
| Writing to add | Preface, opening of each pillar, a closing question to the reader in each chapter, epilogue |
Four pillars and twelve chapters fixed, material sorted into twelve folders, preface drafted.
Existing writing placed into chapters and the connective passages written, with an AI writing companion keeping the rhythm.
Flow and voice refined, chapter questions and epilogue settled, e-book publishing direction confirmed.
In one line: the group program — My One Book (는 책 한 권) — is for someone about to begin a book. The 1:1 Book Blueprint session is for someone who already has material, records, letters and experience, and needs the structure of one volume.

The Book Blueprint session is the first gate — answering "can my records and my story become a book?" For those who want to go on to a finished manuscript, one-to-one manuscript coaching is offered separately. It is not a product sold from this page; it is proposed after the session, matched to the state of your material, its length, and your target timeline.
Coaching packages are quoted after the session. No separate payment link is published on this site.
If you would rather write alongside others, the eight-week group program My One Book is open. Anyone who has taken the Book Blueprint session receives a $150 credit toward the next cohort.
No. It does not need to be finished. A box of letters, notes, teaching material, essays, journals, transcripts — scattered material is fine. The session was designed for exactly that, to bring such material into the structure of one book.
Anything you have felt you wanted to bind into a book one day: teaching material, notes, essays, journals, transcripts, blog posts, newsletter drafts, letters kept for years.
Yes. The session alone will show you the direction and structure of your current records and drafts, and you leave with the 1-Page Book Blueprint and the 90-day roadmap. Deeper review and completion coaching is offered afterwards to those who want it.
No. Your voice is not written for you. What happens instead is that the experience and message already inside you are brought to stand as the structure of a book. You write; an AI writing companion supports the drafting; the coach structures and coaches what comes out.
No. AI is a supporting tool that lightens the load. The centre of the book is always the author's experience, perspective and voice. AI can help with drafting, sorting, questioning and repetitive work, but the direction and the message are decided by the author together with the coach. The manuscript refinement in this coaching is an editorial step that protects authorship and quality — it is not a procedure for removing or circumventing watermarks or AI-generated markers.
It is your book, provided the core experience and message came from you and you reviewed and chose the final sentences. AI is used as a tool for questioning, structuring, draft organisation and sentence suggestions.
One thing to know: Anthropic has stated that text watermarks and file provenance information are embedded in outputs of Claude models released on or after 2 August 2026. Such markers can survive some editing, and can attach even when AI is used only to proofread, translate or summarise writing you produced yourself. A marker therefore does not mean AI is the author.

The session may be rescheduled once, up to 24 hours before the booked time. A full refund is available if you cancel after payment but before submitting your material. Once material has been submitted, or once review of the material has begun, preparation time has been invested and refunds may be limited. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked time, and no-shows, cannot be refunded.
Sessions are conducted in Korean or English. Please tell us which you prefer when you book, and your Book Blueprint will be delivered in the same language.
You do not need a finished manuscript. If there is a record and a message you want to leave, set the structure of one book first.
After payment you receive the session booking link and material submission instructions by email.
